Girls grow as leaders by experience in creativity, collaboration and contribution

The dream of "Pearls for Girls" is for girls and young women around the world to have access to leadership education and experiences so they can create and sustain healthy futures, for themselves and their communities. Currently, this dream is out of reach for many girls and young women around the world.

To change this reality, girls and women anywhere are invited to collaborate through “Pearl Bees and Parties” where they create beautiful pearl bracelets, have the opportunity to purchase unique pearl jewelry, and learn about the girls of Lesotho, a small country landlocked by South Africa, who have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Here the prevalence of HIV/AIDS is the third highest in the world.

All proceeds from the “Pearl Bees and Parties” go directly to Help Lesotho (www.helplesotho.org), a Canadian charitable organization, to fund community-based leadership training programs.
