Returns

All jewellery is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In original packaging

A return shipping fee of $5 will deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are offered within 90 days of purchase. Above conditions apply.

Warranty

Signature Bracelets (on elastic cord) can be exchanged at any time for a replacement bracelet. Please return your broken (or nearly broken) bracelet to us either by mail or in person.

Unsatisfied with the quality of your piece? Contact us to discuss a resolution.

 

 

Shipping

 

Within Canada

All orders are shipped via Expedited Canada Post from Ottawa, Canada. Quoted delivery time is up to 3 days within Ontario and up to 7 days nation-wide.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 per order and free shipping for orders over $100, within Canada.

 

International

We ship internationally! Rate calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties not included.

 

Local Pick Up

Located in Ottawa? Select free ‘Local Pickup’ at check out and pick up your order at our office located at 610 Bronson Avenue (inside the RE/MAX Hallmark Building).
