Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

All jewellery is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In original packaging

A return shipping fee of $5 will deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are offered within 90 days of purchase. Above conditions apply.

Warranty

Signature Bracelets (on elastic cord) can be exchanged at any time for a replacement bracelet. Please return your broken (or nearly broken) bracelet to us either by mail or in person.
