Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

All jewellery is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be:

    • Unworn
    • Have no signs of wear or damage
    • In original condition with tags still attached (if any)
    • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges are offered within 90 days of purchase. Above conditions apply.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days starting from the delivery of the last item on the order (extended over weekends and holidays), for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs will not be refunded.


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Sign in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  1. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click "Request return".
  5. Items must be sent back within 14 days of creating the return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Warranty

Signature Bracelets (on elastic cord) can be exchanged at any time for a replacement bracelet. Please return your broken (or nearly broken) bracelet to us either by mail or in person.
